"Wearable memo" is a memo that can be worn around the wrist, based on the concept of "anytime/anywhere, write/remember.

For best results, make sure you ONLY use BALLPOINT pens with REGULAR oil-based ink, basically any free promotional ballpoint pen. Avoid nicer ballpoint pens with low viscosity ink, those pens write beautifully on paper, but on silicone, you’ll have to press down too hard to make the ink “stick,” and you’ll end up scratching into the bracelet, which will make your writing harder to remove. You should also avoid fine tipped pens for the same reason; I wouldn’t go any smaller than a 0.7 mm tip size, and I’d prefer a 1.0 mm.
