Hello, Snow.

Thank you very much for entering the lucky draw. I’m sad to hear about that. As you can see in the video (which begins at 2:40), I constructed 50 cells for your order and entered your order number into each cell, giving you 50 chances to win. After creating extra cell of entries for all participants, I used the Google sheet function =INDEX) to select a random winner one by one.

In terms of winning chances. This lucky draw has received a total of 1932 entries (you have 50 entries). As a result, your chances of winning the fortunate draw are 50/1932=0.0258, or 2.58%.

The whole raffle procedure was video taped. Rest assured that we conducted this raffle fairly.

How does this draw work? I bought 50 of the tickets and got nothing? Very rigged.
