Hello, I placed my order on February 13, have not received it. Not even a tracking number. I have already emailed, called you a couple of times; no response from your end so far.
Please, at least reply. Should I dispute this purchase through my bank as a scam?

Ok, but, what if I don’t receive my package? I bought some items 2 months ago, and I haven’t had any news about them. I’m very dissapointed, because I was excited about what I bought, and the shipping was very expensive.
uh so, I want to buy some stuff but because of the aforementioned unpredictable shipping I’m worried about my items getting lost in shipping and not arriving.
If that were to happen, would i just have to buy and pay for them again?
