    I made a purchase. Website indicates that U.S. delivery takes 4-10 days. It has been 11 days and I haven’t received updates on status of my order. Please advise.

    I´d done a order on the 17 th of November. Today 4th of December I haven’t got it. I have made so many calls to the delivery company, which didn’t resolve anything.
    On Friday 27th of November, the shipment appears for the first time in the destination (Spain) delivery company, on Monday 30th it was delivered (even it if hadn’t been done), on next Tuesday in delivery again and so on until today.
    In addition to that on the company’s website, when you look for the status of the shipment, it appears as in delivery but it is never delivered.
    Because I’ve called them every day of the week and the don’t solve anything, they just tell me that it will arrive, but it never happens. In addition to that, Stationary Pal doesn’t resolve anything, they only give me tracking number and phone number for orders of other countries, UNBELIEVABLE.
