    Good evening, this is Zohra and I writing this email to inform you that I live in the U.S and on your shipping page you have wrote that the package should arrive between 4-10 days and today is the fifteenth day and the package has still not arrived. I had planned to order $450 worth of stationary from your website but I will have to cancel this plan if my previous packages do not arrive by tomorrow or latest by the day after. I know people that are also wanting to order from your website but I’ll have to tell them that they do not stick to their word with shipping. I planned to be your biggest customer but I don’t want to waste my time with a company because their are better companies that can do way better. I know this is probably not your first complaint about shipping. I understand that this pandemic has delayed many orders but please at least stick to your word next time. I plan to order with you next time if this issue gets resolved. If not, you will be losing one of your biggest customers and many others as well. I hope your company takes this issue seriously.
