I’ve emailed several times about cleaning up the website with all these old sales At the bottom of each and every webpage on your site.
Completely confusing to your older-aged customers.
I work in a nursing home and my patients have LOTS of money to spend , they’re always looking for a good deal because they were raised during the depression era. they like to color , especially With all the new and amazing Pens/ technology that is coming out now.
But, I have to take time out of my day to explain to this older generation that the SALE they are seeing from last fall or summer is OUTDATED. and they look at me with a confused look
On their faces “well why would they do that?”
I hear it ALL THE TIME From my Patients trying to order off stationary pals website.
It Just shows that you really don’t care about your customers.
LOOK AT THIS GREAT SALE!!!
Only to be let down. Shows outdated sales, meaning LESS SALES, For stationary Pal And it’s a real turn off
Many of my older patients will say “ forget it” and leave your site and go to the hundreds of other sites that sell Japanese stationary & pens. . stationary pal, You have a lot of competition out there , you are NOT an exclusive company to sell Japanese stationary/pens at affordable prices ….
your site is pleasing to the eye and eye-catching with the colors that you use each month, draws in. That’s a GOOD THING.
I am in no way a CEO or a CORPORATE MANAGEMENT of a company, I’m just a normal person , On the outside looking in to your site.
I would think you’d want to make MORE money by getting rid of these old sales and putting up new or even FUTURE sales to look forward too. You have a lot of competition out there stationary pal. you better keep up with everybody else, it’s looking pretty sloppy. And again I have emailed the SAME conversation/text at least 4 times WITHIN THE PAST 6 weeks
with no response back and And those old sales are still sitting there.
Mr. Smith , my patient, very “with it” mentally, no dementia, gets a little confused sometimes. He’s 94 years old, keeps his hundred dollar bills strapped in his waistband belt , asking me how to order from a sale back in fall 2022 and also asking me, “well!! what year is it?!?!! 2023 right?!!”
Horrible thing to do to people
clean up your site, because Mr. Smith wants to spend his $100 bills on your site.
When it’s So much easier to click over to Tokyo Pen Shop or one of the hundreds of Japanese stationery companies.
stationary pal , you are in no way exclusive to the world of Japanese stationary and you all know it. Your competition looks at your sight and laughs because they’re getting all your business.
This will be my LAST request/comment and like I said, I have emailed several times with no response back. And the phone number given on the site , it doesn’t even ring, just a clicking noise.
If ST site isn’t cleaned up by no later than July 1, The retirement home I work at , OVER 250 residents , 75% of them like to color. they like the amazing colors /selections of the pens. especially gel pens !! FASCINATING to them!!
because all they had Growing up was melted wax candles made into crayons or charcoal from the fire they had in burning in their fireplaces to do charcoal drawings.
Coloring Passes the time for them, the long days. Always looking forward to the flash sale and referring to the calendar to see what day is “zebra day “ and like I said , they have ALOT of money to spend. And A LOT OF TIME to surf the Internet looking for affordable implements so they draw/color.
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill retirement home
this is like living in a five-star hotel where they serve your breakfast orange juice in a crystal goblet.
. Give this older generation some thing to look forward to next month or July.
keep them coming back , give them something to look forward to instead of keeping up old sales and being confused to “what year is it? !?”
“It’s 2023 Mr. Smith that sale is no longer good” try explaining that to about 150-200 old ppl EVERY. DAY.. good luck stationary pal
I have way too many patients on my rounds at the retirement home to stop and have to explain to them your outdated sales when 83 year old Mrs. Jones needs her oxygen tank switched over but I have to stop and explain to Mr Smith, “that’s an old sale, null and void. just click over to Tokyo pen shop, there a good place, A little bit more expensive but you can understand their site AND get merchandise faster Mr Smith..”
BOOM , lost sale for ST. because Mr. Smith has a wad of money in his belt money is no object. Come July 1 if all old sales on website isn’t gone, ALL 250 patients in the nursing home where I work at, will NOT be shopping at stationary pal because I DONT HAVE THE TIME to explain outdated sales to 75% of the residents here.
Clean it up.
