Hello, thank you for letting us know of the situation. This has been my first time purchasing from your shop and I said it would be my last because of bad customer service experience I had. I received my goodies and they are so cute and I love them so much! These designs are the type of stationary cuties I love! I am truly grateful for all the workers working so hard to complete our orders and work to survive in this world. My only problem was customer service for not responding to my plea unlike here in the US but I am willing to give it another chance some day.
