Love this pen, wish I could refill it

I absolutely loved this pen, the ink flow could be better, but it’s super cute. I noticed it started running out of ink so I tried to put in one of my 0.5mm Pentel Energel refills, but it wouldn’t fit inside the pen. I also tried with my 0.5mm Zebra Sarasa refills and it didn’t fit.
