Earlier this year, legendary Japanese stamp brand Shachihata hit a HUGE milestone — their 100th anniversary! 🎂🎊 And to celebrate a whole century of inky memories, they launched a super fun and creative 100th Anniversary Website in January 2025. 🗓️

Shachihata’s official 100th anniversary website opened on January 7, 2025, and boy was it loaded with goodies! 😍

On the homepage, their anniversary slogan proudly read:
“Let’s raise our flag once more. Shachihata 100th Anniversary.” 🚩

🎬 The Stamp Movie: A Must-See for Stationery Fans

One of the most exciting parts of the anniversary site was the 100th Anniversary Stamp Movie. And no, it wasn’t made with fancy computers or flashy graphics...

💥 It was made ENTIRELY using real stamp prints — no CG!
👫 It followed two people, Mr. Sato and Mr. Suzuki, both born in 1925, just like Shachihata.
📽️ The whole film told their story using only the ink “shadows” or impressions of stamps!

For anyone who loves Japanese craftsmanship, handmade art, or just cool stories told in a unique way, this movie was pure magic. 🎨🖋️
