Due to the festive season and peak shipping season, as well as the continued impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, international logistics is severely short of shipping capacity and the delivery time will inevitably be extended.
Starting from November 29th, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your parcel before Christmas, and refunds will not be issued for orders that cannot be delivered before Christmas.
Stationery Pal will ship your package within 24 hours as always, but the actual delivery time is not under our control. We would like to remind our dear customers to consider and schedule their purchase and delivery before purchasing!

Buenas. Cuánto tardaría en llegar a España?

I made an order before the 29th of November. And my delivery still have to take place.
1) the courier service claimed to have tried to deliver the order one week ago (but have not seen anyone that day showing up at my door).
2) since then i tried to contact the delivery company which you have mandated once a day (!) to be constantly told that you ONLY -as a sender -can contact them through your preferential supplier channels.
3) i wrote to you many emails to get assistance, but the only response i was given is that you cannot call them and that i should call them by myself.
4)it is unbelievable for an online shop like yours not to have an admin function that deal with these issues.
5) unfortunately it is now certain that i cannot get the xmas present for my daughter…which is very depressing considering i spent more than 70 dollars and cannot buy another one.
6) i also asked you in several emails to get a full refund but the questions in my email are constantly ignored.
Do not expect this message to be published here at this stage. But i am finding a way to be heard.
Your customers need to know that if there are issues with the delivery they will have to deal with them theirselves as your shop is mot capable of doing so (even when this is as simple as sending a complaint or give a call to your couriers servire provider).
I really hope you can give greater consideration to this message than to my emails. If not will find other strategies.

I placed an order and paid on November 3. I stated inquiring on December 3 and as of today (December 17) am still without my order or a refund. The company is blaming the shipping company and has said I have to wait until December 23 for them to find my order. I have asked for my order to be canceled and a refund multiple times now. I am not impressed and would not suggest anyone else ordering from Stationary Pal.
