Major Updates - March2020

Dear Pals,

We’d like to take the opportunity to thank you for taking this journey with us. We intend to do the best possible to serve the bullet journal community and all the stationery lovers. If you visit our store frequently enough, you might have noticed our store has a significant update on 11 March 2020. We have planned this change for months, and we are so excited to share this news with you.

Here are the changes we did:

First, hugely reduce the selling price, and most of the products have decreased by 50% or more.

After two months of planning, building, and digitizing our warehouse and working process, we are now able to make Stationery Pal a more efficient store. With the new system, items will not be missing in the package, and no more wrong items will be sent. For us, better efficiency means lower costs, and we can’t wait to offer them a much better price for our lovely customers.

Second, much faster shipping and more reliable service will be provided.

We have been receiving emails about long shipping time, so we have partnered up with a much more reliable shipping company, and now we can ship to you much faster and more reliable. Countries like Australia, the United States, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom will only take 4-10 days for shipping.

Third, we would like to stay transparent and real to our customers.

Shipping with flat rates and free shipping is not the best practice for customers since sometimes part of the shipping fee goes into the selling price, resulting in that some customers are paying more than they should be. We do not like keeping our customers and supporters in the dark, so now you can see what the actual price of the product is and what is for shipping. We want Stationery Pal to stay as transparent as possible to all of you.

Our team spent many sleepless nights to get this ready for you. We hope you will find all these changes useful.
