Its very nice for organizing my desk
I like how you can choose to have the lid pop open or not by either inserting or not inserting the little rubber piece that comes with the organizers.

Smaller than I had expected. I guess I imagined the individual compartments to be the same size as the single storage box. Great for small items like paper clips and pins thought!
