The Pilot Iro-Utsushi combines the nib of a fountain pen with the convenience of a traditional dip pen! Unlike most dip pens, this pen uses a rounded nib that is typically found on fountain pens, creating a smoother writing experience. Because the nib is made of stainless steel, it will not rust.
To prepare the nib, dip the nib in water, then wipe it clean. Submerge the nib in your ink of choice up until the engraved wavy line. When you want to switch colors, clean the nib with water and wipe it completely dry.
