Hope everybody is having an extraordinary holiday season.
I am following up on an order I placed on December 18th, the tracking ID shows no progress since 23rd. Order # 204052, Tracking ID UG808786205YP.
My firts order was on December 8th and the carrier was DHL, by the 14th it had already arrived and I was able to see the status on time.
Is there any other way I can track my order?

Yesterday I received your package but three presents from the order were not there:

I have to say that I ordered my products with enough time to get them before Christmas. I did my purchase on 15th November, but today, 15th December I am still waiting for it. Personally, Indo not think I will receive the products finally, neither my money! So sorry to have purchased here!
